ENGINEERING
DEPARTMENT
The
Engineering Department is staffed with a degreed electrical engineer.
Designs for new systems are completed using CAD 2000 software. With
use of our high speed internet connection, drawings and plans can
be transferred electronically to and from our office to you.

OPERATIONS
DEPARTMENT
A
company employed staff of dedicated technicians are assigned to
our installations by our director of operations. Each of our career
orientated technicians are enrolled in the company's Electronic
Systems Technician Training Program. Weekly classroom study prepares
them for the new technology and systems development that is occurring
in this state of the art industry.
Our
installation personnel take pride in their work and view each installation
as a work of art. Every system main panel installed is signed by
the original installer.

SERVICE
Customer
Service is the backbone of our company. It is our primary advertising
program. From your first contact; you will know what we mean.
This
Customer Service commitment drives all departments from estimation
to our challenge of providing life long service to each customer.
Requests
for estimates/quotes will be returned within 24 hours and each customer
will appreciate our job closeout documents which include: as built
drawings, inspection report, installed device specification sheets,
maintenance logs, and company contact lists.
The
contact list provided makes it easy to reach key company personnel
24 hours per day and will include office phone numbers along with
cell phone numbers of the technician completing your installation,
operations and service managers and even the owner of the company. |
